we will bake your cake next day. If posting please allow up to 7 working days for deivery

Payments

Orders under £20 require full payment up front

£20 deposits are required when booking

cake orders over £100 require £50 deposit

Cancelations

Return, refund and cancellation
policy
Should you need to cancel or amend any order, we require two working days notice to arrange this for you.

Should your order be damaged this should be reported immediately via email, Photographic evidence must be approved. Please note we are unable to accept returns.

If any damages are due to kerrys sweet cakes we will correct this.

Any damages after deliver or collection will be the customers responsabilty

Deliveries

Delivery
If you're out when we try to deliver your cake we will try and make contact on the number provided neighbour. If we can’t get hold of you the goods will be taken back to our bakery and we will try and make contact again to ask what you would like done with the order. Please note that if we have to redeliver the order again that it will be at your own cost

Collections

When you book your cake, the date you have given us is the date of collection

Deliveries are welcome with the cost

Deposits

Deposits are non refundable

Deposit are To secure the date and prevent double-booking.
To cover costs if the order is cancelled.
To allow the cake maker to purchase materials and start planning.

Refunds

Cakes can only be refunded if it is unused and in its original packaging. This means that if you have already cut the cake or if the cake has been damaged, we cannot issue a refund. In addition, cakes which have become unusable due to a recipient’s failure to follow instructions provided with the cake delivery are not eligible for a refund.
